Sam and Anna both come from a long collecting background. Anna's parents were full time antique dealers since 1960. Some of you from New Jersey may have visited one or both of their shops called The House of Seven Wonders.
Anna was a Fine Arts teacher for 7 years and at the same time did antique restorations, jewelry design, and set designs for community theater, where she enjoyed performing as well. She moved to Pennsylvania to go to Law school (a total change!). Shortly after she graduated from Villanova law school she met Sam.
Sam graduated Temple University with a degree in communications and was the film librarian at Temple for several years until he decided to work full time in his own movie memorabilia business. He had collected all kinds of things since he was a little boy; clocks, radios, and phonographs were always a high priority!!
They were brought together by Anna's cousin, Sarah, who after one blind date with Sam called Anna and announced she (Sarah) had met the man Anna would marry. As they say the rest was history and Sam's goose was cooked. They married in 1990 and have been collecting happily ever after. Starting with motion lamps to place on Sam's radios, new collections became a joint interest. Now all kinds of motion lamps, animated clocks, fifties memorabilia, and advertising are collected and offered for sale by Sam and Anna.
Now with this web page Sam and Anna hope to share their collecting enthusiasm with you!
