Sold SHARP LIQUID CRYSTAL READOUT CALCULATOR #EL-808 You press the on button and the lid flips open (a bit stiff at this age) to reveal the liquid crystal grayish colored numeral readout. It works but doesn't always respond properly. An earlier calculator, probably eighties vintage. Made in Japan and measures seven by four inches. In good used condition, with some dirt and wear.

Hold Bronze and Alabaster Turtle Paper Weight This is a fabulous detailed bronze turtle sitting on an alabaster base. This was my Mother's and I believe it is vintage 1920's. The turtle has its original patina and is perfect. The alabaster base has some light wear and minor bruises. The base is 4 3/4 inches across and the turtle is 4 inches from head to tail. The original flocked paper is on the bottom but, is quite worn exposing one mounting screw, which does not touch the table surface. I cannot see any signature but, I guess it could be signed under the turtle.

These are heavey ceramic pieces, egg shapped and perfect. One is the Pen / Pencil holder ... the other is the letter holder. They measures about 6" tall and 4" wide at the fatest part of the egg.
