Set of 8 Charlie Chan Books, Colliers Vintage 1930 This is a wonderful set of 6 Vintage 1920's to 1930 hard cover books. The titles are The Chinese Parrot, Love Insurance, The Black Camel, Charlie Chan Carries On, Seven Keys to Baldpate, and The Agony Column. They are marked and dated inside 1931. So they were obviously printed before that. The author is Earl Derr Biggers. They are in fair condition, complete, some wear and minor spin issues. Came from a no smoking home. The Pantheon Story of Art for Young People by Ariane Ruskin (First Printing 1964) This is a wonderful extra large hard covered book. It measures 9 x 13 inches. It was published by Pantheon Books and is a first printing. There are over 40 full color large images suitable for framing and numerous black and white images. The book came from a non-smoking home and is in good condition with minor cover and spine wear. It covers cave paintings through Van Gogh.

Sold Paddle Fan, 1907 Gibson Girl Auto Driver This is a wonderful vintage paper (cardboard) paddle fan. The image is a portrait of lovely young Gibson type Girl or Woman driving a car or as they use to say automobile. The image is in rich sepia tones. This piece is an 8 ¼" long and 7 ¼" wide, and is in very good condition. There is wear on the bottom two corners and the Bottom Right hand corner has a crack but is all there.
