    This wonderful post card is captioned " H- 1388 A Stop At The Indian Gardens. Grand Canyon, Arizona". It was published by Fred Harvey. On the back it reads "The Indian Gardens on Bright Angel Trail are 2990 feet below the rim and about half way from the rim to the river. Years ago this patch was cultivated by a band of Havasupai Indians, Hence the name given them.". It is post marked 1918. Condition is good with corner wear and some light surface dirt.

    This post card shows Navajo Indian weaver and a loom. The back caption reads "K-115--Navajo Rug Weaver, In Summer, the weaving is done outdoors under the shade of a tree. Good many weavers are located near the highway and many road travelers stop to admire and purchase their fine rugs.". Condition is very good to excellent unused.

    This is a nice early card. The Indians are looking at a train in the distance. The caption reads "The First Santa Fe Train". Condition is fair to good. The corners are slightly worn, there are some very tiny surface nicks, the stamp has been removed and there is some surface wear on the back.

    This card is copyrighted 1909 and was part of the 1909 Wanamaker Store, N.Y.Educational Feature for April 1909. The caption on the front reads "Chief Medicine Crow Carried the Stars and Stripes with General Crook". Condition is fair to good with wear at the corners and edges. There are also a couple of tiny surface nicks and dirt on the back.

Note the original price for the set was fifteen cents. I would say these are early 1900's. There should be 10 Cards in the envelope. I have 9 and one my not be original to the set. All are in excellent unused condition.

    This is a wonderful Real Photo post card. It is captioned "Gold River Bridge, June 22, 1914" and is numbered 25. The detail is very good...it is hard for me to capture it with my camera. Look carefully and you will see 3 men working on either building the bridge or maybe a dam behind it. My research tells me there is a Gold River in California. If I am wrong on the location of this card please email me. On the back the card is marked "Fletcher & Company, Orleans, Vt.". Condition is very good unused with very lightly worn corners and a light thumb crese at the top center edge.
